四、学生情况分析：

在第一单元测验成绩分析中可以看出，初一（3）、（4）班基础都不扎实，几乎没有高分层的学生，而低分层的学生却是大面积出现。因此，本学期的教学应该是把重心放在40～60这一分数段的学生身上。而在得分题型分析中则可以看出，3、4班的写作基础不错，略比其它普通班强一点点，但是在听力这一块失分较多，应加强该方面的训练。

五、主要措施：

1）抓基础、抓重点：根据教材编排特点及系统安排，以A为主，B为辅助。从Unit的角度，整体设计、灵活处理教材的顺序及内容的整合。

2）词汇分层次要求，核心词汇和拓展词汇区别对待。
