大家各就各位后,裁判员一声令下,参赛的选手便马不停蹄地干起来。首先把一张饺子皮摊在手心,再用勺子舀适当的肉馅,然后捏住皮的一头,接着两端一提,就成了一个饺子。选手们在包饺子时,可能是因为过于匆忙,做出了“不合格产品”。有的是馅太多,挤爆了,像一头吃撑了的小肥猪。有的是馅太少,扁扁的,像一个泄了气的气球。还有的是包得太丑了,就如马戏团里的“小丑”,惹得旁人捧腹大笑。眼看比赛就要结束了,选手脸上布满了凝重、紧张和不安,旁观者也不再镇定自若了。比赛结束了,我们班得了倒一——才五十四个!还有七个”不合格产品“。

虽然今天下午下起了小雨,但是我还是很开心,因为我们要举行包饺子大赛。

我来到作文班,同学们都跃跃欲试,想大展身手,老师让我们先去洗手,然后我们就开始包饺子,我先把饺子皮放到手里,用筷子夹起肉馅放在饺子皮上,再把饺子皮对折,最后捏紧。看着我手中的饺子,刚才的兴奋劲儿瞬间没有了,我的饺子因为馅儿少的缘故就像泻了气的气球,不能灰心,我要再包一个。饺子好像跟我作对,第二个馅又放多了,饺子皮又被撑破了,唉!这时老师也来鼓励我,终于成功了。

同学们也不甘示弱,包的饺子都活灵活现,有的像包子、有的像元宝、有的像海星。

从今天的比赛中,我知道了失败是成功之母的道理。

今天是冬至,作为寄宿学校的一员,除非假期才会放假,当然这样的节日学校是不会放假的,但是我们却度过了非常有趣的一天,因为我们在这一天举办了包饺子比赛。

对于重来没有做过家务的我可是费了好大的劲,我与班里的五位同学一组,我的任务是和面,一开始我不知道怎么样做,还好我请教了我们的班主任,班主任在旁边指挥着我,虽然过程是累的,但是到最后还是弄好了,不过却弄的满身面粉,同学们看到我的样子都哈哈大笑。

接下来就是包饺子了,说起饺子,那可是多种多样,就拿我来说,有的时候饺子馅太多了,饺子皮包不住,有的时候太少了,饺子就变得很难看,扁扁的,不过慢慢的我就掌握了一点技巧,馅也把握的差不多了,这时我发现同学们身上也都沾满了面粉,看起来很滑稽。

通过这次包饺子比赛,我除了收获快乐以外还学到了好多东西,我想,下次在家包饺子的时候,我肯定会帮妈妈分担一些的。

一个阳光明媚的中午,我和表妹,姨妈一起去参加中山市妇女儿童中心举办的一个活动比赛(包饺子比赛)。这时,我的心情非常高兴而且紧张。

一来到比赛场地,我们就开始比赛了,这时我的心情比刚才还要紧张了,“轮到我们啦,轮到我们啦”我高兴的喊着。轮到我们上场的时候姨妈他可紧张了,她拿这表妹的手搞来搞去的,又在那里喊:“快点啦,快点啦!快到时间啦!”这时我可真没有想到原来姨妈也这么紧张啊!

我们即将要开始包饺子了,一开始我包的还不错,但后来我看了看我们隔壁的那一组,他们包的比我们的还快,这时可急坏我啦,我一紧张就包的越来越难看了,,再看一下表妹还在那儿慢吞吞地包着。唉~~真急坏我了。

转眼间,比赛结束了,我们一共包了52个,唉~~~这口气总算松了下来,到最后评分的时候了,我们组一共得了480分。

虽然这次比赛我们输了,但我也不会伤心,因为我觉得自己今天表现的己经不错了,至少比起我自己,我己经进步了许多了。

经过了这样的一次活动比赛使我感受到了一家人一起包饺子的感觉原来是那么的美好的呀!而且还说明了一句话:有信心不一定成功,但没信心一定会失败。

今天我真是太高兴了,希望下一年还能有这样的比赛!

今天,小雨淅淅沥沥的下着,但是我却很高兴。因为我们东方作文班要举行包饺子大赛。

我以及迫不及待地想包饺子,老师先让我们去洗手,我飞快地跑到水龙头前,拧开水龙头,就去洗手,洗完手后,我又跑到阅览室,准备包饺子,老师已经准备好了饺子皮和饺子馅。奶奶先给我示范了一下怎样包饺子,我一看,啊,这么简单,我也去包饺子了。于是便拿起一片饺子皮来,学着奶奶的样子,放上一大勺子馅就笨手笨脚的包了起来,包好一看,哈!这哪像饺子,简直就是一个胖肚子将军。第一个馅多了,那第二个就少放一点,没想到包好后,却扁扁的,像一个瘦猴儿,原来是馅少了,连包几个都一样。不是瘦子就是胖子。我不想包了,但是,我看见同学们都在开心的包饺子,我心里想:不可以放弃,我就开始包第三次,这次我包的馅不多不少。到了最后,我包的饺子个个都很棒!。我得意极了!。

这次的包饺子大赛,我明白了:失败乃成功之母。

下午很快到来了,我们带着家长为我们精心准备的各种食物来到了学校。

“叮铃铃——”伴随着轻快的音乐声,第一场比赛拉开帷幕。我们需要在15分钟内包30个饺子。你一定会说:“这很容易嘛!”那你就大错特错了。饺子不仅数量要多,质量也一定要好哦!

比赛开始,我们全神贯注地包着,但包得并不好看:有的同学的饺子把馅“吐”了出来;有的同学的饺子至少有10厘米长;有的同学的饺子不像饺子,倒像是一个大石榴……而我的饺子压根立不起来,可能馅太少了吧。最终,因为大家包饺子的技术不是很娴熟,我们组没有拿到名次。但没关系,重在参与就好。F215.cOM

星期四下午,我们学校开展了一次趣味横生的包饺子比赛。

我们带好各自需要带的东西,如干面粉、面、案板、擀面杖、肉馅等。只听裁判员一声哨响,我们便马不停蹄地干起来。

首先,把白面切成几块,我把它们搓成长条,切成几小块,把它们按成圆形,撒上干面粉,右手压住一头擀面杖,左手轻一点儿,这样像小娃娃似的面团就能在我手中旋转了。我匆忙地擀好一个接一个的皮儿。有两个因为面团娃娃“咧开嘴大笑”竟然擀成了心形。旁边的同学鼓掌喝彩,惊叹不已。

刚刚我还自鸣得意,以为自己擀皮儿技术精湛。可现在我就傻眼了,朱玥颖带的面太稀,干面粉又“断货”,无奈,我只好向忽中洪“求救”。只见他从干面粉的袋子的缝隙里很麻利地抓出一点儿面粉,撒给我。随后又反复了几次这种动作,样子有趣极了!最后,自然是那些“彩面娃娃”“抱着”我的擀面杖不想走,粘在了上面,擀出来的皮儿也是大小不一,有的厚如“城墙”,有的却薄如蝉翼。大家包的饺子也个个懒洋洋的,躺在锅拍上睡大觉,不管三七二十一了,煮吧——

终于该吃饺子了,热气腾腾的饺子刚一端上来,大家就垂涎三尺,纷纷拿起筷子品尝。大家有滋有味地吃着,样子挺高兴。我也夹了一个,嗯,味道不错!只有自己劳动的果实才是最甜的!

这次包饺子比赛,让我深感自己擀皮儿的不足,也认识到了团结友爱是多么的重要。下次,我一定会把它做得更好!

我们每个组都领到了饺子皮儿和馅。第一轮比赛开始了。这轮是比数量。一声令下,大家都飞快地包了起来。你看,那个男生,虽说是个男的,但他包起饺子来可熟练了,不一会就包好了一个完美的饺子。我虽然包过很多次饺子,但还是手忙脚乱,不是馅多了漏了出来,就是包成了一个四不像。“时间到!”老师说。现在,开始数饺子了,我紧张极了。心里想:一定要赢,一定要赢啊!“现在宣布结果:第一组36个,第三组35个,第二组38个。”“呀!我们这组赢了。”我心里暗喜。

尊敬的各位领导,各位同事,以及现场的所有的朋们,大家下午好!

七月,在这盛夏的日子里,我们迎来了新的同事。问鼎因为他们的到来,而显得格外热闹。为了让他们能够更快融入这个大家庭,增强同事彼此的感情,提高大家的协作力和凝聚力,特举办了“第一届问鼎饺子争霸赛”',在比赛开始之前,请允许我代表公司,感谢各位同事以及德国朋友Sonja

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, wel--e to the Second Dumplings’ Culture Festival at International Students’ Dormitory of Shandong University! I’m your hostess, Pan Siran.

What is your most familiar Chinese food before you --e to ChinaI think most of you would say Chinese dumpling. Indeed, as one of the most typical Chinese traditional foods, dumplings are eaten all over China and all year round, especially during the Chinese New Year. Traditionally, the whole family will get together to make dumplings during the New Year's Eve. We believe that eating dumplings can bring us fortune because the shape of Chinese dumplings is just like ancient Chinese gold or silver ingots named Yuanbao and those symbolize wealth.

The history of dumpling can date back to the Han Dynasty and that’s about 20-- years ago. The story says that a great doctor named Zhang Zhongjing invented dumplings and they were used to treat frostbitten ears at first. Of course, we don’t use dumplings to cure any disease today, but dumplings are still quite --mon and popular because they are very delicious and easy to make. All you need is the wrappers made by dough and the fillings which can be whatever you like. In fact, we prepare several kinds of fillings today, and you can choose the one you like to make you own kind of dumpling later. Is there anyone here who has already known how to make dumplingsThe ones who don’t shall not be worried. We are honored to have invited chefs of Lanhai Hotel today, and in the ne-t few hours they and our volunteers will show you how to make dumplings. I hope in this interesting process you’ll have fun and have better understanding of Chinese cuisine culture.

Now I can see that you have already been divided into groups, so after all of you master the skills we’ll have a dumplings making --petition and the group e-ceeds others in both quantity and quality will be today’s winner and get special gifts!

Now I’m honored to declare the beginning of Dumplings Culture Festival! Let’s wel--e our chefs with warm applause!

As you can see all the materials for dumplings making are already prepared here. We have wrappings, which were made by rolling the dough with a round stick into small round pieces. The thickness must be moderate or you won’t have delicious dumplings later. We also prepare many kinds of fillings here! Beef, pork, fish, vegetable…. Choose what you want, it’s all up to you. And now let’s watch the chef making a dumpling.

Take a wrapping first. Hold a dough piece horizontally in your hand…like this.

And then use the spoon to scoop a suitable amount of filling. Please remember not to scoop too much or you won’t be able to fold the wrapping later. Not put the filling onto the central part of the wrapping.

Now it is the most difficult part of dumpling making so please look very carefully at the chef. Now the chef is folding the wrapping… you need to fold the side around the filling, press the upper-central part first and then the other part of the side. Make it firmly. After this you can also make lace from left to right around the fold edge, itwill make your finished product better-looking and free from leakage.

SeeIt’s not that difficult! You can try to make dumplings yourself now. If you have any question, don’t hesitate to ask our volunteers for help.

Before the --petition begins please let me introduce the rules briefly. Each group will have 15 minutes to make dumplings, in the mean time, our volunteers will help you. After that our judges will grade your product and our volunteers will count them. Your final score will be decided by two aspects: how many your dumplings are and how good they look. We’ll list your scores after the -x-etition and prizes will be awarded to the top three groups. Do all of you understand our rulesGreat. Considering there are too many people here today, we will let group ~5 x-pete first and then ~10.
