12这几天真的好热，每时每刻都在流汗。听了几天的课，自己也上了几天的课，还参加了几个会议，收获真的很大。下午的会议是全部老师和负责人开的，在会议上我知道了些冠以学校班级管理在时间方面的知识，比单纯的在书本上获取的理论强多了。会议很多但是也没觉得非常的累可能是领导对我们都挺好的也教了我们许多的东西。虽然作为实习生能参加这种全校性会议是件很幸运的事，所以尽管今天回去很晚，但还是很开心。但是回去看见还有好多的衣服要洗我觉得好累啊，要是在家就可以用洗衣机了，或者妈妈肯定会帮我的呵呵。现在什么都要靠自己了继续努力。
13 开始教课啦! 现在我觉得中学的单词量都好大啊比我们那时候大多了的。 我觉得这本教材的特点就是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的个困难是如何让学生们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数Simon says 和Snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。
14试教工作开始以后，我每天的工作就是听优秀英语教师的课――写教案――试教――修改――试教，这样反复练习，完善。直到把一节课要讲的内容练到烂熟于心为止。即使这样，在我第一次深入课堂时，我还是遇到了许多学校里没学过、事先也没有料到过的难题。毕竟试教的时候和正式去教室上课的时候的心态是很不一样的。教学生知识如果我们仅仅只懂得书本上的知识的话，那是远远不够的。俗话说的好“要给学生一碗水,自己就要有一桶水”。上好一堂课不仅要求我们能够旁征博引，而且平时学生也会提一些书上没有涉及到的知识，这时候你不仅要自己对这些知识点有所了解，而且更为重要的是你要能够以学生容易理解的平实的语言将它表达出来。
15今天我遇到了一个问题，就是如何和家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个地方：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的事不是孩子的学习成绩上不来，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。很多学生会骗家长说来学友上课了，结果却是去打游戏谈恋爱。所以我们一旦发现有学生没有按时来上课，就会立即公告家长，了解情况。在课间也会有专门的老师保障他们的安全。而当学生学习上出现问题或取得进步时，我们做老师的也要及时和家长取得联系，让他们能够及时掌握孩子的情况。每次和家长交流前我都要仔仔细细地想一遍一会儿和他们说什么如何说，尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己校不放心。[迷你日记网 W286.com]
16 一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。今天，我在给学生上到Unit 3 的时候，这课的主题是“Looking good and feeling good”，即“外表和健康”。我体会到这是一个学生比较感兴趣的话题，但是教学难度比较大，如果照本宣科的讲课，就浪费了一个好题材，学生提不起兴趣，当然就不能很好的理解这一单元的重点。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我到网上和别的地方找了很多与这个单元有关的知识，比如说有：有的人为了变漂亮而减肥整容的新闻消息;怎么样靠穿衣服和改变气质来改变外表的方法;还有关于运动对于人的身体的作用等等。在这个单元的warm-up的环节，我计划用这些找的资料来引入这个单元的主题，然后再进入正题。事实证明我的想法是合适的，我的备课是成功的。在进入单元的重点之前，我给学生们讲述的这些信息和资料和故事让他们对于整个单元后面的学习非常的感兴趣，连平时候上课都不积极的几个男生也认真听了起来，对于我所用到的英语词汇和表达，有不懂的都积极的提了出来。这样的上课效果是对我认真备课的最好的回报。
17因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，出现好差分化现象。这对于成绩差的学生而言，由于自尊心缘故，长期的成绩处于班级底端会让他们提起来的兴趣再降下去;而对于成绩好的学生而言看似没有影响，但是差生面扩大，会严重影响其他学生的学习风气，因此，这样的现象绝对不能忽视和纵容。为此，我在了解了这样的情况之后制定了具体的计划和目标：对于基础和成绩好的学生，我不放弃对他们的鼓励，对于他们的进步我不断的表扬并鼓励他们去学习新东西;而对于基础很差的同学，我常常单独的找他们聊天，适当的引导，告诉他们学习是一个缓慢的过程，不能因为一时的成绩而放弃了以后的学习，对于他们取得的小点的进步，我也会给予极大的鼓励;对于那些有一点基础，但是学习态度松散的同学，我给他们单独布置任务，监督他们完成，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应该有的水平。
18今天上课的时候有几个学生在睡觉让我心情很不好，但是我自己想了想英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿意学成绩就自然不能提高。所以我应该在上课的时候尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，事实上，我在大学里所学的英美国家概况和美国文化等课程给了我很大的帮助;最后甚至帮部分同学交上了”penfriend in America”``````这样的一些方法确实能让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。只有兴趣上来了，他们才回积极主动的去学习，这样才能让成绩和能力有所提高。学生主动去学，比填鸭式的教学更让老师事半功倍。
19可能是因为实习了一段时间了，学生的新鲜感没了，有的学生注意力很难集中起来。我也想过解决的方法，前几天尝试的办法都是效果甚微，今天呢，我在讲课的时候常插入如此之类的话：这个单词很重要，这个句子注意它的翻译;等等之类的话。发现效果很不错，每当同学听到这些，都会条件反射的集中注意力。这也算是在这么炎热的夏天让我在这方面小小的自得一下。嘿嘿还有什么创新的词能让孩子们认真听课呢?我晚上睡觉的时候应该在床上好好的想想。
20老师真的很需要细心和耐心，很多作业都需要认真批改。个别学生还有拖拉习惯，不怎么会写的还要一个一个的指导，直到班级的都收上来。有些时候忙活的中午只能在食堂随意的吃点饭，午休时间也没有了，这时候回到办公室还得准备下午的课。刚开始的几天还真有些不适应，不过很快就习惯了，同时也觉得这样做从心底会涌现出一种幸福的感觉。就是在辛苦的时候老是会想到妈妈，不知道她在家过得可好呢。不知道爸爸生病好些没，哎烦心的事还是真的不少。
21教师是个力气活，劳力，劳脑，又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用心中的那杆秤来衡量。当教师还得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能做到。有过同样经历的几位同学曾告诉我，她们当了十几天的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢!虽然在这个过程中我累过烦过也抱怨过，甚至有几次我做梦梦到的都是那帮让人省不了心的学生。可我觉得为他们付出值! 每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。这段时间的实践经历告诉我，要想把课讲好，在课前必须做好充分的准备。熟记每个知识点，熟悉每篇课文，校准每个单词的发音，精心安排课堂的每个环节......不过，要想使学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢上你这个老师，我们要做的就不只这些啦。所以我一有时间就和他们聊天，做游戏，了解他们的性格喜好在学校的学习成绩甚至是家庭状况，和他们建立宝贵的友谊。

23今天离实习结束的日子渐渐接近了，赫老师今天给我们结算了工资，我拿了3000多其中还包括两百的优秀实习生的奖励，我觉得很满足了这是我第一次挣这么多的钱，但是我没有想给自己买什么我应该是会用这些钱去交下学期的学费，学费是6400还有3000多怎么办呢?我不想向家里要了爸爸生病要花钱家里开支要花钱。我也不想让妈妈去帮我借了我应该自己去筹集学费，有个实习老师嫌工资太低了，其实我咯人觉得还是不错的了毕竟学友培训了我们也付出了不少啊。陈智平老师给我们说过刚毕业的学生是在摸索自己的人生道路的不是去想你能得到多少的。总之我很满足了。
24实习两个月，说短不短，说长不长，一转眼就成了过去。但这是我大学生活中最难忘的两个月，在这段时间里，我学到了很多，有很多的感触，有很多的快乐，有很多的不舍，有更多更多的感谢。感谢学院和学友教育能给我这个机会真正了解到了一个老师的辛苦和快乐，感谢老师们能给我那么多的锻炼机会，让我学到了比大学四年还要多的东西。实习工作虽然已经结束了，但我相信这不是终点，而是另一个新的起点。在实习中获得的经历和体会，对于我们今后走上工作岗位，都有很大的帮助。经过这次实习，也提高了我的专业水平。在以后的工作上我会有争取更大的进步。相信今后无论什么时候回想起这段经历，都会觉得是快乐的，而且永远铭记于心。我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的―把知识真正传给学生。这种过程是很辛苦的，也是开心的，不管我以后的工作是什么，但是这次实习真的教会了我很多很多。今天有两个老师先回去了我们剩下的老师去送的她们，相处的时候虽然很短暂但是很充实很没好，希望她们以后在自己的工作岗位上也能工作顺利。

Because of their admiration for Qu Yuan, the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons.
Although they were unable to find Qu Yuan, their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival.

实习日记一
经过两个月多的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，即使是之前从来没有接触过的，同时也对外贸业务这一行有了更深的认识，也有了浓厚的兴趣，越来越有干劲了。这一周仍然做些琐碎的事，发发邮件，通过电话跟客户沟通的事情。偶尔也出去跟经理见见生意面谈的场面。 但经理试着让我对客户介绍我们公司的一些产品。
由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次与客户面谈显得比较紧张，也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上经理的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在陌生的场合怯场。今天下来，面对经验比我丰富的阅历比我深的多的多的客户，也能够通过简练清晰的表达让对方熟悉我们的产品，让他们对我们的产品产生更浓厚的兴趣。

已经是将近快三个月的时光了，这周除了跟以往的一样，做些琐碎的事情，更多的是以现场跟班生产实习为主，更多的了解公司的产品，生产实习是学习的一项重要环节，通过此次实习，我学到了很多课本上学不到的知识，使我更深刻地了解了外贸业务流程等知识。这周，我感到满足和充实感，因为老板开始让我真正的`接触业务了，美国一位客户通过邮箱向我询问了产品，并向我索要样品。在这过程中，我们起初是用邮箱一问一答，后来对方提出用msn联系，显然这样方便多了，但在询问中我也遇到了点问题，因为她问我的产品，其实我也不是很清楚，因为公司的一些塑料制品很多是用自己的编号的，跟她所提供的型号，编号什么的都对不上，但我对产品熟练度又不够，所以都会询问下老板是否有此类产品。但最后，我成功的完成了个开头，按对方要求寄样品(样品运费是有她出)，她也希望与我方有进一步的业务来往。虽说不知结果会是怎么样，但还是个好的开头。
实习日记四
由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。这个时候心里很开心;遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。

现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多朋中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”， 自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始，就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。
