八月中旬，我作为一名初中英语教师，有幸和伊春地区的其他英语教师共计500多人在伊春职教中心参加了全市中小学英语教师培训，我们和两位外籍教师共同度过了难忘的五天时光。在这次培训活动中，我收获很多：www.F215.coM

这次给我们培训的教师是来自美国的john和virginia夫妇，这是我第二次见到他们。第一次是在__年暑假，我参加了为期35天的全省英语骨干教师培训，john夫妇也是那次培训的外籍教师，而且，john还是我的班主任。因此，8月17日第一天上课见面时，他一下子就认出了我，我们高兴地聊了一会儿，当天晚上我们还愉快地共进晚餐并合影留念。

本次培训的一个主要内容是学习了解美国的文化，通过培训，我更多的了解了中西方国家在地理环境、饮食、教育、节日、价值观、婚礼等等各方面的不同，让我对美国社会文化和人文风俗习惯等有了更深的认识。在上课的过程中，他们用生动形象的肢体语言给我们展示了美国的地理概况，还不断唱起动听的英语歌曲，装扮成慈祥的圣诞老人、可爱的小兔子等让我们感受到真实的美国节日，此外，在讲述复活节的来历时，我和其他四位学员还参与了找彩蛋的活动，我们在欢乐的笑声中感受着复活节的节日气氛。在价值观的讨论中，john夫妇还为我们讲述了他们婚姻幸福的秘诀，为我们年轻人树立了榜样。

此外，在五天的培训中，我们还观看了三场不同的美国电影，从中，我更进一步地了解了真实的美国和美国文化，同时，我的英语水平也得到一定程度的提高。

在这次培训中，最让我感动的是两位外国老人严谨的教学态度和忘我的敬业精神。培训期间，容纳了500多人的培训大教室非常闷热，两位外籍教师始终坚持按时上课，从不浪费时间。上课期间，他们始终站着，并且常常走到我们中间，和我们探讨问题，他们的身材非常魁梧，汗水常常从脸上淌下来，也顾不得擦一下。在休息间隙，不断有学员和他们合影，对此，两位老师总是有求必应，而且始终面带笑容，和蔼可亲。自始至终，我的心都充满了感动和敬意，六七十岁的老人，是如此精力充沛，如此充满魅力……就这样，勤勤恳恳，为异国他乡的我们奉献着。

培训结束后，我微笑着但又眼含泪水和我敬爱的两位老师拥抱着告别，我们互道珍重，互相祝福。我期待着明年还能再见到john和virginia夫妇，并祝两位老人永远健康幸福。未来的工作中，我会以他们为榜样，努力做好自己的工作，让自己的教育教学水平不断迈上新台阶。
