有一天，科学老师发给了我们很多的种子，有椭圆的、有扁的、有圆形的，我选了一个长长的，扁扁的，蚕豆的种子。我把它种在花盆的土里。过了一个星期左右，我的蚕豆发芽了，我高兴地跑过去，对妈妈说：“我的蚕豆发芽了。”我每天都在给蚕豆浇水，蚕豆也在一天天长大，我心情也一天比一天高兴。
“五一”劳动节我们回外婆家了。因为没有人给它浇水，我一回来，就看到蚕豆长出了叶子，可是有一两片的叶子干枯掉了。蚕豆姑娘可怜巴巴地望着我，好像在说：“主人，你可怜可怜我吧，我快要渴死了!”我把水向蚕豆上倒去，蚕豆姑娘又仿佛高兴地对我说：“谢谢你，小主人!给了我这么多的水。”
妈妈对我说：“一定要给它浇浇水，晒晒太阳，这样它才会茁壮成长!”后来我每天给它浇水，没过几个星期蚕豆就开出了白色的花。

之后我们还进了温室里面看，这一共是4个温室，1个水族馆。我们先去了热带雨林室看，我看到了一种树，它叫：洞天树，他整棵树都有洞，我走进树里面看，真的耶，从下往上看都有洞，我当时就说了：“它怪不得叫洞天树呢！有这么多洞。”还有一种树叫“见血封喉”，这种树的汁液是旧社会的人们用来对付侵略者的武器。我们接着就去看了剩下的几个温室。最后爸爸和叔叔都走不动了，我和妈妈坚持把最后一个水族馆看完了，水族馆主要是说生长在水里的植物。
看完了温室了，我们就来了一场比赛，看谁先到达植物园出口，我、妈妈还有叔叔一队，爸爸一人一队。最后我们同时到，就这样，我们一路笑着、走着，就到了出口，爸爸把车开了过来，我们上了车离开了植物园。
我虽然还是依依不舍得植物园，这一天我玩得很开心。
