一、教学任务完成情况

本学期学校坚持推行课堂改革，由于经验欠缺，教学计划中的一些设想没有具体实施或者执行的很仓促，但整体上基本完成了这学期的教学任务。本学期知识性教学主要侧重说明文的学习，学生基本掌握了说明文的相关知识，能够把握说明文的特点，并能区别说明顺序、说明方法等专业性知识。

情感能力方面，注重培养学生的语言组织表达能力，和传统文化中的人生信念、爱国情操、个人修养等品质。学生通过学习课文，能够拓展知识面，同时联系实际生活和传统文化，提高个人修养，树立正确的人生观与价值观，养成良好的学习生活习惯，提高自身的道德文化素质。

同时，在培养学生自主探究学习的课堂教学方面也收到了一定的效果。学生的学习兴趣得到提高，课堂氛围也调动起来，教学效果也收到了一定的成效。

四、教学过程中存在的问题及改进措施

1。理论与实际存在的差距。设计的教案在实际课堂教学中并不能完全实施，因此，在今后备课时，留出足够的变通环节，教案设计更应灵活，并根据实际情况作出相应调整，使教案更好的适应与教学。

2。课堂氛围对教学工作开展的影响。良好课堂氛围能够顺利有效地完成教学任务。但在实际教学中，很难把握这个度，甚至出现教师唱独角戏的现象。这就要求在以后教学中，不仅丰富课堂教学内容，还要从学生角度出发，调动学生的积极性，从而达到活跃课堂的效果。

3。学困生的学习问题，由于要完成一定的教学任务，有时会忽略学困生的学习情况。有一些学生易脱离学习主体，自己独立于集体这就需要教师给予更多的关注。尤其在日常教学过程中，应有意识地加强对学困生的学习引导，多进行思想交流，掌握他们的学习生活情况。这也需要耐心细心的工作，坚持每天做工作，并及时对学生的进步给予肯定。

常言说，寸有所长，尺有所短;月有圆缺，学有迟速。学生的差异性必然存在。著名教育家韩凤珍说过：“难教育的孩子，都是失去自尊心的孩子;所有好教育的孩子，都是具有强烈自尊心的孩子。教育者就是要千方百计地保护孩子最宝贵的东西——自尊心”。

1、给优生以雄心

优秀的学生有他扎实的基本功，有他超人的智慧，甚至还有独道的学习方法，基于这些优越的条件，我要求学生拥有的是雄心壮志，要定下更远更高的目标，没有最好，只有更好。七(9)班的卢美琪和七(10)班的曾福川是极具语文天赋的两位学生，她们的语文学习兴趣浓烈，文笔优美，阅读鉴赏及审美能力都很强，在平时的教学中，我老是给她们灌输要争第一，要考高分，要有向前闯的勇气和决心，因此，在两个学期的每次考试中，他们都能考出理想的分数。

2、给中等生以信心

中等生是比上不足，比下有余，总是吊在中间，因而好多易满足的同学也就乐于呆在这个位置，平平而过，懒懒散散，消极地对待自己的成绩。针对这种心理，我给中等生的是信心，我鼓励他们通过努力还可往上一些，我把他们归为中上等，意思是有可能上升趋势，因而好多学生恢复了信心，他们努力赶超，扩大了优生的范围。

3、给差生以上进心

在一个教师的眼中，学校中应该没有“差生”，只有学有困难的学生。我尊重这类学生。努力激发他们的上进心，“我并不比别人差”，“我还有优于别人的长处”。七(10)班有个叫陈钦鹏的同学，学习上一窍不通，但他会设计一些小东西，因此我常常在语文课上穿插一些设计灵感，让他表演，获得大家称赞，还有一位童欲坚同学，学习极差，但他常常出其不意地回答出我的一些难题(也许是偶然)，但我就趁此机会大肆渲染，鼓励他，促使他上进。这样，这些所谓的差生有了一点学的甜头，也就多了一点学习的劲头了。

二、把业授给每一个学生

苏霍姆林斯基说：“每个学生都是一个独一无二的世界。”因此，每一个学生都能成为创造者。

1、课堂进度顾及每个学生

我通常上课的进度不快，我的每堂课要能使每个同学听懂，每个同学有所得。特别是按照游董所提出的“分层导学”的教学理念，先在导读提纲指引下的学生自主学习。

2、课堂提问针对每一层学生

重点难点提问中我因势利导，难题抛给优生，而易题留给了中下等同学，这样优生感觉有挑战性，而差生也不会因答不上而尴尬，失去学习的信心。

3、课后辅导落实每一类学生

培优补差是落实的重点，对待优生我在课堂上进行拔高训练，比如写作技巧的指导，阅读的综合能力的提高，让这类学生真正优起来，而对于差生则注重基础的训练，有关语文知识，学习方法，浅易的阅读等达到一个巩固过程，这样因地制宜，适得其所。

4、分层作业的布置与批改

对于不同层次的学生，我所布置的作业也有所不同。让中等生和优生能有个质的提伸，我增加了课外提升的练习。让差生对课堂上的基础知识在做巩固。

三、不断实践，不断完善，优化课堂教学

课堂是教学改革的主阵地，在课堂上教师在教给学生知识的同时，更要注重学生学习习惯、学习能力的形成，真正学会学习，成为学习的主人。初一年级刚刚从小学过渡上来，教师的指导作用显得尤为重要，在课堂上的自主学习还是要通过老师的组织、引导进行。因此教师要对自己的教学行为不断小结、不断反思，提高自己的理论水平、不断更新教育观念，在实践中调整自己的教学行为，使自己的课堂教学得到最优化。针对教学中出现的一些问题，我在课后及时反思、小结，在后面的几篇课文学习时，我特别注意这些问题，不再为了课堂的“完美”而勉强学生，有效地避免这些问题的再次发生。让学生懂得如何学习语文，为以后的语文的学校奠定坚实的基础。

四、挑战自我、充实自我，在否定中成长

直到现在，我真的觉得是和学生在一起成长，有得有失。最近，我发现，自己已有的知识、经验已无法满足不断出现的新问题、新情况。作文的教学有时会令感到“束手无策”，学生怎会对作文感兴趣呢?……如何穿越这些障碍，领略更宽广的教学天地，这又是我最近在不断反思的问题。如果仅仅禁锢在自己小小的教学天地里，对曾取得的成绩沾沾自喜，那只会有一个结果——不进则退!我想是到了及时充电、补充的时候了。多读一些教育理论方面的书籍、增加自己的文化底蕴、向有经验的老师多学习、多请教，对自己的教学多反思，提高自己对教材的把握、对课堂的驾驭能力。

1、自主的价值在于学生自主的选择学习内容、学习方式，但这一切的前提是，教师的主导一定要在事前有了足够的铺垫，学生已经知道自己应该学什么。

2、探究最重要的是要避免事事探究，对一个问题能从不同的角度探究，探究既要注重过程可也不能忽略结果，探究的目的是为了问题解决。

3、盲目活动很可怕。

虽然新课标强调对话，认为阅读是教师、学生、文本之间相互对话的过程，但是并不等于在课堂中阅读理解的过程以教师、学生的一问一答来完成即是一种有效的方法。整堂课一个讨论接一个讨论，一个交流接一个交流，学生个体阅读、思考的时间和机会太少，特别是学生的默读、静思、写作时间多被挤掉，最终影响学生语文素养的全面提高。

4、语文学科要有语文学科的特色，语文的文学性和趣味性不能忽视。

在阅读教学中所作的改革是采用了集体性阅读教学程序。该教学程序是根据课堂教学社会学理论与语文阅读教学的特点设计的，包括独立思考、小组讨论、组际交流、集体评价和演练总结等五个环节。它特别适用于高中、初中的语文阅读教学，能满足学生对自身社会性发展的要求，体现学生学习的主体地位，充分调动学生学习的积极性，提高课堂教学效率。

在初二语文教学中所作的改革是采用了“加强管理，提高初二语文教学质量”的改革方案。具体而言，包括以下几个方面的内容：

(一)大胆为学生减负。事实告诉我们：语文学习成绩与考试频率、难度之间不存在正相关关系，而且无“质”的保障的“量”的叠加，并不能导致“质”的飞跃;提升难度并不能稳固知识的基础。成功的初二语文教学就是要让学生获得成绩，主动学习;要达到这一目的，方法有两个：一是降低考试难度，降低考试频率;二是加强管理，积极引导，激励学生主动学习，帮助学生学会学习，由此提高学生学习质量。

(二)让初二学生拥有成就感。我们需要的结果是学生获取优良的成绩，但偏多偏难偏怪的训练正是学生获取优良成绩道路上的拦路虎。正确之举是尽快降低语文训练的难度，让学生在学习中充分感受学习的成效。这不仅能激发学生的激情、兴趣，稳固他们的信心，也大大地有助于存在的问题的发现、思索、解决，有助于富有针对性地展开新的复习。正确之举还在于尽快降低考查或训练的频率，使师生均有反思过去、修正现实、规划未来的时间地带，教师拥有指导学生的机会，学生拥有知识储备的条件。

(三)管理至上，指导为重。初二语文教师的主要任务在于：① 学生情绪的控制与诱导;② 学习方法和解题方法的点拨;③ 帮助学生构筑能力体系;④ 帮助学生制定语文学习的短、中、长期目标;⑤对学生当前语文学习状况进行评估并提出指导性意见和建议。教师职责的根本是指导学生进行自主的、有效的学习和复习，把学生由“学习”变为“求知”，以此实现语文成绩的显现。

我热爱班主任工作，任职期间，我认真履行班主任的各项工作职责，关心爱护学生，严格要求学生，使学生受到了教育，得到了锻炼，提高了成绩。下面谈谈我工作中的一些经验与体会。

(一)抓好德育工作。我一贯将德育工作放在首位，积极配合学校对学生进行思想政治教育、道德品质教育、纪律与安全教育、法制教育，端正学习态度，形成良好的班风。班会课的教育也逐渐摆脱传统的说教、强制灌输的模式，而是采取比较灵活的形式，让学生有更多的主动性和积极性。比如采取主题班会、讨论、讲座、演讲、辩论等形式，让学生在轻松的环境中、在不知不觉中愉快地接受了教育，并且他们的组织能力、表演能力等多方面的能力都得到了锻炼，正所谓“一举多得”。除了重视班会课以外，我注意将德育工作纳入正常的制度建设中，结合本班实际制订了切实可行的班公约，将德育工作正规化、制度化、日常化。

(二)抓好班团干部队伍建设。班团干部是班主任开展工作的得力助手，在班内的影响甚大。对于班团干部队伍建设我一向非常重视。我认为必须采取民主集中制的原则。具体做法是班主任通过了解从学生中指定一定数量的候选人，实行差额选举，由学生进行无记名投票、公开记票。对班团干部要特别严格要求，对他们的工作既要指导，又要放手让他们去做，不要限制得太死。对于犯错误的班团干部要严厉批评，甚至严肃处理。

(三)抓好班集体建设。一个班级的好坏，从班风中可以体现出来。要使整个班级拧成一股绳，增强凝聚力，就要着重培养他们的集体主义精神、主人翁精神，增强集体荣誉感。具体做法是帮助照顾生病的同学，与同学一起过生日，组织旅游、烧烤、文艺演出、运动会等。作为班主任，主动到学生中去，了解他们，关心他们，与他们交朋友，这样可以在一定程度上消除他们的自卑心理。对于后进生，要由学习成绩较好的同学给予帮教，甚至形成一个比较固定的帮教关系，由某个班团干部负责帮教某个(或某几个)后进生。作为班主任，我认真帮他们分析当前的社会形势。尽量为他们创造学习的机会和条件，使整个班级基本上形成了一个爱学习、同上进的良好学风。要组织一个良好的班集体，还应有完善的管理制度，为此，我建立起一套严格的考勤制度、纪律制度和卫生制度，由班长统一领导监督，收到了良好的效果。

辛勤的劳动为我带来了不少荣誉。
