整体来说这次考试的成绩还是不错的，能明显的看到孩子们的进步，有好几个还考了满分（这个时候你可以举出来几个考满分的例子，把学生的名字简单的一带，让得满分的孩子们的家长高兴一下，也让成绩不太好的孩子家长和成绩好的孩子的家长有个私下交流的机会），但是有个别的学生这次成绩考的不是特别的理想。我们英语考试的内容包括听力和写作。
第一，通过这次期中考试，发现很多学生充分调动单词的能力还有待加强，明明那些单词学生都会说，但是当单词出现在试卷上的时候，很多人就不认识了。虽然在平时早读课的时候我都要求学生边读边指，读到哪指到哪，但是部分学生还没能达到单词句子认读的要求。
第二，课文整合不够，这一直是学生的一大弱点。大部分家庭作业是读单词，背诵课文，所以家长一定要做好监督。
第三，这26个字母的书写方式不正确。不要注意特殊单词的大写。
第四，注意细节，强化记忆。有些学生可以很清楚地拿到满分，但因为一些细节而失分，这是最不公平的。
接下来，我将介绍教材。四年级英语是小学英语学习的重要阶段。“万丈高楼平地起”，只有地基打牢了，楼才能建得高。所以打好基础是非常重要的。
四年级是英语学习的初级和基础阶段。培养孩子良好的学习习惯是最重要的。这些良好的学习习惯将使他们在英语学习的道路上受益匪浅。 怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？
我们的老师自然是最直接的知识传授者。虽然我们的英语课时很少，但我会尽力提高课堂效率。在这里，我真诚地呼吁我们的父母吁我们的学校合老师合作，我们将共同努力帮助我们的孩子学好英语。我们要和孩子共同成长。

能够按时、保质保量地完成作业，自觉、自发地进行听、说、读、写的预习和复习；而且，我们应该关注孩子们的学习过程，而不仅仅是结果。意思不是等结果出来，而是每天关注孩子的成长。比如说，在家我们是否听到孩子大声地说或读英语，大声尤其重要，因为英语的语音较汉语来讲，比较夸张，声音小，容易造成发音不到位，错音也不容易被发现；你能听到孩子们每天脱口而出简单的英语句子吗。
（基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神；使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听说读写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力；培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神；帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异，拓展事视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。
